SUBSTITUTION POLICY / HOLIDAY SEASON / RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the seasonal availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand OR SEASONAL AVAILABILITY IN THE AREA, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

All inquiries must be in Writing via email or text or in Person within 24 hours. No Refund will be given if merchandise is kept & not returned. 25% RESTOCKING fee if merchandise is returned. BANK will impose $25.00 FEE on all unnecessary chargebacks. WE ONLY OFFER Replacement TO SAME VALUE or Store Credit Only. There is an 33% Restocking fee. Delivery fee & the tips are not refundable.
